Robert Lin
President and Chief Executive Officer

Robert holds overall responsibility for the company's strategy and key business initiatives. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he has a unique background in trade, finance, supply chain and technology as a practitioner and as a service provider. Prior to Seabury TFX, he was managing director of TradeCard Inc., now GTNexus, where he built and oversaw the company's global supplier business to a network of over 20,000 companies. Before TradeCard, Lin held management positions at NewView Technologies, Omnivision Technologies, and Cargill Financial Markets Group. He holds a B.A. in cognitive science from University of California, San Diego and an M.B.A. from University of Southern California. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and events on supply chain and trade finance.

Ken Lee
Director of Technology

Ken has spent over 18 years developing and integrating enterprise applications for companies in the financial payments space. He brings extensive knowledge in transaction processing technologies. Prior to Seabury TFX, Ken was development team lead at Mpayme, a mobile payments platform, where he pioneered e-commerce integration solutions. Prior to this, he has held lead development roles at HSBC, and TradeCard Inc., now GTNexus. Lee holds a B.S. in computer science from State University of New York at Stonybrook.

Aithene Yung
Director of Operations

Aithene oversees day to day operations of the firm. She has 20+ years in various bank and supply chain related client and operations activities. Her former positions include vice president cash and product management within the global transaction services division at DBS Bank Hong Kong, and vice president product management Global Trade and Receivables Finance at HSBC. Prior to that, she was also a senior client manager at TradeCard Inc, now GTNexus.

Corbin Ho
Senior Program Manager

Corbin manages the firm’s outreach and onboarding of clients related to our various programs. His responsibilities include the successful implementations of programs and their respective rollout. He was previously the senior global program manager at Prime Revenue, and head of buyer client management at GTNexus.

Richard Tan
Senior Director, Strategic Projects and Operations

Over 20 years experience in supply chain information, operations and strategic management. Prior to Seabury TFX, he reported to CIO at Infor as part of global leadership team for data, process and risk management. He was also the leader of Infor Nexus in Asia overseeing Shenzhen and Sri Lanka. Before Infor Nexus, he was projects director with Infrontier, operations manager with RS Components and consultant with JD Edwards. Tan holds a M.B.A. from Chinese University of Hong Kong and a B.S.in Computer Science from National University of Singapore.

John Luth
Chairman

John E. Luth founded Seabury Group in 1995 which has executed on over 1,400 engagements for 300+ clients in more than 50 countries. In March 2017 Seabury Group sold its aviation advisory practice (excluding Seabury’s regulated broker-dealers) to Accenture plc. Mr. Luth now serves as Chairman & CEO, Seabury Consulting and Corporate Advisory, now owned by Accenture. He also remains Chairman, Pres. & CEO of Seabury Capital LLC.

Mr. Luth has advised on more than $100Bn equity, debt and lease placements/restructurings and over $250Bn in aircraft orders. Mr. Luth was Chief Financial Officer of Continental Airlines.

Mr. Luth graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross (1974) and received an MBA from Wharton (1976). He is a FINRA Registered Principal, and is Series 7, 63, 79 and 24 qualified.

Margaret Chan
Vice Chairman

Margaret is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the firm's structured financial product and specialty finance. She has more than 20 years of experience in diverse public and private transactions. As a managing director of Merrill Lynch, and co-founder of Cargill/O'Brien Partners, she structured a wide range of transactions involving innovative financing strategies. Chan is engaged by multinationals and private equity funds in sourcing investment opportunities and structuring transactions both in US and in Asia. Her practice represents industries across a broad range, including technology, insurance, and financial services. Her ability to dissect risks and her knowledge of capital markets allow her to originate, acquire assets, structure and execute securitizations of various asset classes. She received her B.A. magna cum laude from University of California Los Angeles and attended medical school, University of California San Francisco. She is a FINRA and NFA registered principal and is Series 7, 3, 63, 34 and 24 qualified.
